Refund Policy
14-day refund window
If you purchased a credit pack and have not used the credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Partially used packs
If you've used some credits from a pack, we'll refund the remaining unused credits on a pro-rata basis.
Used credits
Already-spent credits and the resulting horoscope readings are non-refundable — the AI generation has already been performed and cannot be reversed.
How to request
Email us via the Contact page or at support@greenbloomglobal.org with your account email and order reference. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If something is genuinely wrong with a reading (technical error, blank result), contact us and we'll either re-run it or credit you back.
Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any dispute about a refund is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA, in line with our Terms of Service.
