Astro Star ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Green Bloom Global LLC (www.greenbloomglobal.org), a limited liability company organized in the United States. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Green Bloom Global LLC and govern your access to and use of Astro Star at www.astrostar.world.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Astro Star you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Service description
Astro Star produces AI-generated horoscope readings and astrology-themed content for entertainment, self-reflection and informational purposes only. Readings are not predictions of future events and we make no guarantee regarding any outcome relating to love, money, career, health, fertility, legal matters or any other life event.
4. Not professional advice
Our content is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, psychological, relationship or religious advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
5. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (and of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, for keeping your account details accurate, and for any activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Credits, payments & taxes
Credits are digital, prepaid units purchased through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout; any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and never expire while your account is active. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
7. Digital content & consumer rights
You acknowledge that horoscope readings are digital content delivered immediately on demand. By generating a reading you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply does not apply to credits that have already been consumed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the Service; (b) misuse our AI generation (including attempts to produce unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, discriminatory, extremist or otherwise prohibited content); (c) use the Service to harm, harass, defame or impersonate any person; (d) use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state or local law, including United States export controls and sanctions.
9. Intellectual property
The Astro Star and Green Bloom Global names, logos, software, design and underlying technology are owned by Green Bloom Global LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. The personalised readings generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may keep, copy and reference them for your own purposes.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including cloud hosting, payment processing and AI inference). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Bloom Global LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Bloom Global LLC, its directors, employees, members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make in reliance on a reading. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Green Bloom Global LLC harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from the Account page.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Green Bloom Global LLC agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under the law of your country or state of residence.
